Her interests include Eastern philosophy, nutrition, natural living, energy therapies, anatomy and physiology.

Jasmine's life long fascination of the physical and mental connection and a passion for helping others influenced her career choice. Massage offers a pathway for the mind-body connection to further develop and facilitate improved health and emotional wellbeing.

Compassion, respect, and attending to a client's needs are the main ethics in her practice. This provides an environment where people can safely reconnect with themselves and establish inner peace through release of muscle tension and pain.

Reduce anxiety, stress, and tension with a relaxing massage.

Stress and anxiety are common problems afflicting American adults and are a leading reason for using complementary and alternative medical therapies, such as therapeutic massage. The scientific literature supports the use of massage to reduce symptoms of anxiety in people with a variety of conditions. Decreased anxiety symptoms have been reported in over a dozen studies of massage for a host of specific conditions such as arthritis, asthma, depression, job stress, back pain, and multiple sclerosis.

In addition to the benefits of massage in reducing anxiety in a wide variety of studies, community surveys indicate that people with complaints of muscle tension, fatigue, chronic pain, and insomnia successfully use massage to address these symptoms. Thus, massage is encouraged as an excellent, non-pharmacologic way to supplement psychotherapy for conditions that include stress, anxiety, and depression.
